Problems or errors when buying
I've tried to make an order on-line and it seems to have gone wrong, what do I do?
Don't panic! Our shopping cart system requires JavaScript, and therefore may not work correctly with some older browsers (see below). If you are using a recent version of Internet Explorer or Netscape, with JavaScript enabled, but are still having problems, please contact help@gaiafilms.co.uk.
JavaScript problems
To shop at Gaia Films you need a fully JavaScript capable browser (e.g. Netscape Navigator 3 or 4, or Internet Explorer 3 or later), with JavaScript enabled. If you have JavaScript turned off, you can enable JavaScript and then just reload this page to continue. Help on how to enable JavaScript.
If you don't have a fully Javascript capable browser you can enjoy this site, but you will not be able to use the online ordering system. However, you can still view all of our products and order by post.
I'm using Opera and I'm having problems with your site — what can I do?
Opera is a very good browser, but although it is HTML compliant, it has some serious JavaScript quirks which prevent the use of our online ordering system. However, you can still view all of our products and order by post, or alternatively use IE 3+ or Netscape 3 or 4.
I'm using AOL and I'm having problems with your site — what can I do?
Recent versions of the AOL browser (version 5 and later) have been successfully tested on this site. Unfortunately, older versions of AOL will not work with our online ordering system. If you are using AOL 3 or 4, you can still view all of our products and order by post, or alternatively use your computer's version of Internet Explorer to shop online.
