How much is postage and packing?
For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, postage and packing is £1.75 for the first item, and £1.00 per item thereafter. For example:
- If you order one video for UK delivery, total postage will be £1.75
- If you order two videos for UK delivery, total postage will be £2.50
- If you order three videos for UK delivery, total postage will be £3.50
- If you order four videos for UK delivery, total postage will be £4.50
The postage and packing cost for deliveries to countries other than the UK is calculated when you checkout, based on Royal Mail/Parcel Force rates. You will see this amount before you commit to the purchase.
How soon will my order arrive?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our titles are posted within 5 working days of your order being received, using Royal Mail/Parcel Force. If for some reason there is going to be a significant delay with your order, we will notify you, and give you the choice of waiting for the product to become available, changing it for another title, or cancelling your order for a full refund.
What is your policy on returning items?
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty, please return them within 21 working days of receipt and we will replace the item free of charge.
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with the product you can return it IN IT'S ORIGIANL CONDITION, within 21 working days of the date you received it. (Any seals or shrink wrapping must be intact for this clause to apply.)
