What is my Shopping Basket?

Just like a real shopping basket, you add products to it and, if you change your mind, remove them or adjust the amount that you want. Then, once you're ready to pay, you proceed to the 'Checkout'.

How do I buy a product?

Next to each product is an 'Add to Basket' button or link. Once you have found a product you would like to buy, click Add to Basket, and it will be added to your shopping basket. You will then automatically be taken to your shopping basket to show you what you have put in it. If you wish to continue browsing the site for more items to buy, click the Continue Shopping button. When you have chosen all the items you want, click the Checkout button at the top of the Shopping Basket Review page.

How do I know what items are in my Shopping Basket?

You may see what items you have selected by clicking the Review Basket button at the top of any page. When you click Continue Shopping you will be returned to the page you came from.

How do I remove items from the Shopping Basket?

If you are not in the Shopping Basket Review page, click on the Review Basket button at the top of the page. This takes you to your shopping basket. Once there, just click on the Remove check box next to the item you wish to remove. The total cost of items in your basket will be updated automatically.

How do I change the quantity of items that I have selected?

If you decide to order more than one copy of a particular video, you can amend the quantity in your shopping basket by clicking Review Basket and simply changing the number in the box by that item. The total cost of items in your basket will be updated automatically.

After I've added items to the Shopping Basket, how do I check out?

There are two ways you can pay. One is online, using your credit or debit card, and the other is to send us your payment by post (please see our Security & Payment page for further details of this method).

1. If paying by credit card, when you are happy with your choice of goods, click the Checkout button at the top of the Shopping Basket Review page.
2. You will then be asked for a few relevant details and delivery charges will be calculated. At this stage you are still free to go back and change your order. After completing the relevant questions, click the button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen marked Next, which will take you to the final stage, the payment page.
3. Click on the NetBanx logo to send your order and open a new window for SECURE PAYMENT by credit card or debit card. If you have any concerns about using your credit or debit card to order online, please see our Security & Privacy page.
4. Once you have completed this process, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail from Netbanx confirming your transaction with them.
