1. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our titles are posted within 5 working days of your order being received, using Royal Mail/Parcel Force. If payment is received by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared — please allow seven working days for this. If for some reason there is going to be a significant delay with your order, we will notify you, and give you the choice of waiting for the product to become available, changing it for another title, or cancelling your order for a full refund.

2. In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty, please return them within 21 working days of receipt and we will replace the item free of charge.

3. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with the product you can return it IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 21 working days of the date you received it. (Any seals or shrink wrapping must be intact for this clause to apply.)
